These terms cover the Moeinimy Downloader website and the Telegram bot @MoeinimyDL_bot, together "the service". By using either you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What the service is
The service fetches media that is publicly available at a link you provide – a video, a photo, a song – and gives you a copy. It can also identify music from audio you send, look up song information and lyrics, and edit files you send it (cutting, converting to a Telegram video note).
The service is free. It is provided as it is, without any promise that it will always be available, that every link will work, or that results – such as a song identification – will be correct.
Your responsibility for what you download
You may only use the service for content you have the right to download: your own uploads, material in the public domain or under a licence that allows it, content whose owner has permitted it, or uses the law allows where you live (for example private copying, where it applies).
You are responsible for how you use what you download. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, to redistribute other people's work without permission, or to break the terms of the platform the content comes from. We act on valid copyright notices – see copyright & takedown.
Things you must not do
- Automate the service or use it at a volume no person would – scripts, scrapers, bulk requests or anything that tries to get around the rate limits or the human check on the website.
- Use it to reach private, restricted or paywalled content you are not entitled to.
- Send illegal content to the bot, or use it to harass, spam or harm anyone.
- Attack, overload or probe the service, or try to use it as a proxy to other websites.
We may refuse requests, slow them down, or block an address or a Telegram account that breaks these rules, without notice.
Limits
To keep the service fast and fair, both the website and the bot apply limits: how many requests you can make in a period, how many downloads can run at once, the longest video and the largest file. The limits for each tool are written on its page. They can change as usage changes.
Files prepared on the website are available through a download link for 30 minutes and are then deleted from our server. Keep your own copy if you need it.
Other services
YouTube, Instagram, Spotify, SoundCloud, Deezer, TikTok, Pinterest, Telegram and every other platform mentioned on this site are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that requests come from a person; Cloudflare's own terms apply to that check.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind and are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or of anything you download with it, or from the service being unavailable.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
