We respect the rights of creators and act promptly on valid notices. This page explains how the service handles content, and how to reach us.
How the service handles content
The service does not host a library of media. It fetches an item only when a user asks for that specific link, and:
- on the website, the prepared file is available through a private download link for 30 minutes and is then deleted from our server;
- in the Telegram bot, the file is sent as a message in the user's own chat. Telegram stores it, and the bot may keep a reference to it so the same file can be sent again without downloading it twice.
What we do when we receive a valid notice
- remove our stored references and cached copies of the identified item, so the bot and the website stop serving it from cache;
- block the identified links from being fetched again through the website;
- where a user repeatedly requests material that has been the subject of valid notices, restrict that user.

What to include in a notice
To act on a notice we need:
- Your name and how to contact you (an email address).
- The work you own, or are authorised to act for, that you believe is infringed.
- The exact link(s) or song/video title(s) involved.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your full name as a signature.
Use the form below. It goes straight to the operator of the service. Notices that are incomplete, or that are about content we do not handle, may not get an answer.
Counter-notice
If you believe an item was removed or blocked by mistake, send a counter-notice with the same form: identify the item, explain why you believe the removal was a mistake, and include the same contact details and statements under penalty of perjury.
Privacy requests
The same form handles privacy requests – for example asking for the data the Telegram bot holds about you to be deleted. Include your Telegram username so we can find it.
