Lyrics without the clutter

Lyrics sites are some of the most ad-heavy pages on the web. Here you type an artist and a title and get the words, as plain text you can read or copy – no pop-ups, no autoplaying video.

Where the words come from

The lyrics finder asks several public lyrics databases in turn and takes the first complete answer:

  1. LRCLIB, a free, community-built database with millions of songs, many with time-synced lines.
  2. Other lyrics sources when LRCLIB has nothing.

Each answer is checked against the artist and title you asked for, so a song with a similar name by someone else is not passed off as yours. Synced lyrics have their timestamps removed for reading, and duplicate blank lines are tidied up.

Lyrics in Telegram

Every song the bot sends – from a Spotify link, a search, a SoundCloud track or a recognised recording – has a Lyrics button underneath. Tap it and the words arrive as a message right below the music. Lyrics longer than one Telegram message are split, never truncated.

When nothing is found

Lyrics databases are strongest for English and other widely spoken languages. They are thinner for Persian and for very new releases, and they do not have instrumentals. When nothing reliable is found, you are told so plainly.

How do I find the lyrics of a song?

Where do the lyrics come from?

From public lyrics databases – first LRCLIB, a free community database, then others if it has nothing. The first source with a real, complete answer wins.

What if I only know the tune?

Record it playing with the song finder – once the song is identified, its lyrics are one tap away.

Are Persian lyrics available?

Sometimes. Lyrics databases cover English and other major languages far better than Persian. When a Persian song's lyrics exist in them, you get them; when not, the tool says it found nothing rather than showing something wrong.

Why are there no timestamps?

Synced lyrics come with a timestamp on every line for karaoke-style players. For reading, those are removed so you just get the words.

The lyrics are for the wrong song. Why?

Some songs share titles. Adding the artist, or the exact title as written on the album, avoids that. Results are checked against the artist and title you give, so the more specific you are, the better.
