Search like you would ask a friend

Most music downloaders need a link. This one needs the song. Type what you know – Billie Eilish lovely, Shakira Hips, ابی گل یخ – and the downloader searches the big music catalogues, Apple Music and Deezer, which answer in a fraction of a second with the real title, every artist, the album and the official artwork.

Results are ranked by how well they match what you typed and how popular the recording is, so the song you mean is usually first. Each result shows its length, which is the fastest way to tell the album version from a radio edit or an extended mix.

When the catalogues are not enough

Some music is not in any store: remixes, bootlegs, covers, live sessions, slowed-and-reverb edits, unreleased tracks. When your search asks for one of those – or when the catalogue's best match is clearly not what you typed – the search widens to YouTube and SoundCloud and merges those results in. In the bot, More results (YouTube & SoundCloud) does the same on demand.

From result to file

When you pick a result, the downloader looks for that exact recording on public sources and compares every candidate with what the catalogue says: the artists must match, the title must be the same song, and the length must agree. Previews, 30-second clips, covers and files below 96 kbps are thrown out. The winner is copied into an M4A file without re-encoding and tagged with the catalogue's title, artists, album and cover.

In Telegram, the song comes with buttons for its lyrics, similar songs, other versions, the best quality copy, the music video and the full-size cover.

Tips for better results

  • Artist plus title beats title alone: Radiohead Creep, not just Creep.
  • Say what version you want: remix, live, acoustic, instrumental.
  • Only know the tune? Record it playing and use the song finder.
  • Not sure of the spelling? Try the artist's name both in its own script and in Latin letters – catalogues list many artists both ways.

Frequently asked questions

How do I download a song by its name?

Type the name – ideally the artist and the title, like Queen Bohemian Rhapsody – and pick the right result. You get the song as a tagged audio file with its cover.

Where do the songs come from?

The titles, artists, albums and covers come from the Apple Music (iTunes) and Deezer catalogues. The audio is then found on public sources – YouTube Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, Audius and, for Persian music, Aparat – and checked against the catalogue before it is sent.

Can I find remixes, live versions or slowed songs?

Yes. When your search says remix, live, acoustic, cover, slowed, sped up or instrumental (or ریمیکس, لایو, بی کلام…), it goes straight to YouTube and SoundCloud, where those versions live.

What if the song I want is not in the results?

Tap More results (YouTube & SoundCloud) in the bot for a wider search, or add the artist's name to your search. For Persian songs, try both Persian and Latin spelling.

Can I search in Persian?

Yes. Type in Persian or in Latin letters. Persian songs are also searched on Aparat, where many Iranian releases are published first. See the Persian music page.

Is it the same song as on Spotify?

That is the point of the check. The audio has to match the catalogue entry you picked – artists, title and length – and covers, live versions and previews are rejected. If no source passes, you are told instead of getting the wrong song.

How do I download a whole album?
